The symptoms of a motorcycle bearing failure include abnormal noise from the wheels, shaking of the wheels left and right while riding, weakness when climbing, unstable driving, loud noise, easy cylinder pulling, and component wear.
Due to the numerous reasons involved, it is not possible to provide specific explanations in writing. It is recommended to go to a 4S store for repair.
Bearings are an important component in contemporary mechanical equipment, whose main function is to support the rotating body of the machine, reduce the friction coefficient during its movement, and ensure its rotational accuracy. There are various types of bearings classified as sliding bearings, joint bearings, rolling bearings, deep groove ball bearings, and angular contact ball bearings.
Motorcycles are two or three wheeled vehicles driven by gasoline engines and controlled by hand to turn the front wheels. They are widely used for patrols, passenger and freight transportation, and also as sports equipment. Motorcycles are divided into street bikes, road racing motorcycles, off-road motorcycles, cruisers, station wagons, etc.
Reasons for motorcycle bearing failure:
(1) The main bearing and connecting rod bearing have been burned multiple times, and the supporting force of the burned area has weakened. The fracture often occurs at the root of the connecting rod journal of cylinders 2 and 5 (taking six cylinder machines as an example), the concentricity of the main journal, and the correct warranty. There are many reasons for crankshaft damage, and the technical requirements are relatively high, so the crankshaft bears a heavy burden in the engine. Generally, the fracture site is often between the main journal and the connecting rod journal.
(2) The clearance between adjacent main bearings is too large, especially between the last two main bearings and the first two main bearings. Because the crank arm is relatively thin, there is a flywheel at the back of the crankshaft and a belt pulley at the front, resulting in excessive force on both ends of the crankshaft. The crankshaft also directly and indirectly drives other components, such as the camshaft. In addition, the uneven load before and after the crankshaft, and the lack of work by individual cylinders, result in inconsistent force on the crankshaft, which can operate for millions of kilometers.
